TTC is revolutionizing the technical tailoring industry by using bonded unions.

TTC involves cutting the fabric with a special ultrasound machine that stablizes the edge of the weave. It prevents fraying and maintains elasticity without burned edges.

Unlike conventional sewing, TTC holds the traction, as it is a continuous union and not through stitches which produce tension in the joints.

TTC mantains the elasticity of the fabrics, with ultra-thin unions, avoiding uncomfortable bunching or buckling of loose fabric. At the same time, the union and sealing of joints ensures total impermeability without the use of seam sealing tape that usually marks the fabric and makes clothing stiff.
